Serving as the President of Front Street Pictures, Charles Cooper is an active producer havingproduced more than 200 movies and 100 episodes of television for leading networks, studios,and streaming platforms.

As Vice President of Production at Front Street Pictures, Allen Lewis oversees projects from development and budgeting through production, post-production, and delivery. With more than 200 film and television credits, he has produced for U.S. and Canadian broadcasters, networks, and independent studios.

Allen won an Emmy Award for R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour and received a 2024 Emmy nomination for Mahalia, along with several Leo Awards. His recent credits include executive producing Hallmark’s The Groomsmen and The Wedding Veil trilogies, and Paramount’s Vindicta and Dangerous Game. In 2026, he served as Line Producer on Yaga.

Allen has filmed internationally in Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, and Argentina. He began his producing career at Front Street Pictures in the early 2000s after earning a Master’s degree in International Relations in Japan. A member of the Directors Guild of Canada, he divides his time between Victoria and Vancouver

Bianca is a production executive known for her expertise in budgeting, cost control, and production management, with an end-to-end approach to overseeing projects across feature film and television. Joining Front Street Pictures in 2016, she has led productions from inception to delivery, balancing creative integrity and financial considerations to keep projects on schedule and on target. Her recent series credits include Yaga, Wild Cards, and Sight Unseen, in addition to feature-length projects such as Dangerous Game: The Legacy Murders for Paramount+ and Dangerous Lies for Netflix. Serving as a liaison between client executives and production teams, Bianca ensures seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment of vision - bringing financial rigour and calm, precise oversight to even the most demanding shoots.

As Director of Production Finance for the Front Street Group, Faiza Lalani, CPA, CA, MPAcc, oversees the financial strategy, production financing, tax credit planning, and cash flow management for a diverse slate of Canadian and international film and television productions.

She is responsible for evaluating project viability, structuring financing, managing production budgets and cost reporting, and guiding projects through the complete financing lifecycle, from initial funding through final tax credit realization.

Faiza has extensive experience with domestic and international co-productions and productions filmed across multiple Canadian jurisdictions, with expertise in federal and provincial tax incentive programs, including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and CAVCO.

James Mattagne is an Executive Producer and Development Executive at Front Street Pictures, based in Vancouver and working across Canada, the United States, and Belgium. Having produced more than 40 projects and contributed to over 140 productions, his career spans award-winning features, television movies, short films, commercials, and music videos.

A Canadian Screen Award and Leo Award nominee, James executive produced Lowlifes, a breakout horror hit streaming on Tubi and Crave that was acquired by Fifth Season for international distribution. He also executive produced All I Need for Christmas, the most-watched original movie premiere of Hallmark Mystery’s 2024 Miracles of Christmas lineup, which was subsequently acquired by Netflix for European distribution.

James leads Originals at Front Street Pictures and oversees the company’s R.L. Stine franchise reboot in partnership with Tubi. Its first film, R.L. Stine’s Pumpkinhead, premiered in 2025 and ranked among Variety’s Top 10 Streaming Originals for two consecutive weeks. A sequel is slated for release in Q4 2026.

Working across development and production, James identifies new material, evaluates its creative and commercial potential, and guides projects from concept through delivery and distribution. His work also encompasses preliminary budgeting, packaging, submissions, and partner strategy.

Award-winning actor, producer, and writer John Cassini has built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades across Canada and the United States. He currently serves as Executive Producer and Head of Development at Front Street Pictures, where he produces television films and oversees the company’s development slate. Working closely with writers, creators, networks, and creative partners, John develops original projects for broadcast and
global streaming platforms.

John co-wrote, produced, and starred in the multi-award-winning feature film Break a Leg, and produced and starred in the feature film Daughter. His performances in both films earned him Best Actor honours.

Drawing on his extensive experience in front of and behind the camera, John brings a strong creative instinct, a performer’s understanding of character, and a keen sense of what makes a story resonate on screen. He combines that storytelling sensibility with a practical, budget- conscious approach to production, making him a highly effective creative partner across television and feature film.

John is a Lifetime Member of the world-renowned Actors Studio in New York. He is also the founder and Artistic Director of Vancouver’s acclaimed Railtown Actors Studio, now in its 14th year. Through the studio, he continues to teach, mentor, and cultivate the next generation of actors and directors while fostering a vibrant and supportive artistic community.

John’s contributions to the entertainment industry have earned significant recognition. In 2018, he received the Vancouver Film Critics Circle Award for Achievement. In 2024, he was honoured with the UBCP/ACTRA John Juliani Award, recognizing both his distinguished career as an actor and his enduring contributions to performers and the Canadian film and television community.

Marnie Young brings over 25 years of industry experience to her role as Head of Business Affairs at Front Street Pictures, having contributed hundreds of hours of programming spanning MOWs, series, independent features, and SVOD programming for partners including Hallmark, A+E Networks, Sony, Universal 1440 Entertainment, UPtv, and Paramount — among them Hallmark Hall of Fame's Christmas Train, Aliens Ate my Homework, the Wedding Veil, Groomsmen and Mary J. Blige’s Real Love trilogies.

She is a Daytime Emmy Award winner, having served as Co-Executive Producer on R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: The Series, winner of Outstanding Children's Series. Marnie is also a longtime member of the CMPA's Industrial Relations Committee.

Rama Diallo is a Business Affairs Executive and Executive Producer at Front Street Pictures in Vancouver, BC. With an educational and professional background incorporating Communications and Legal Affairs, Rama brings with her a wealth of knowledge on all things media. Rama’s skilled attention to detail and constant thirst for further knowledge has equipped her with the tools integral to the successful management of various aspects of the production process. From liaising and negotiating with key industry stakeholders, to analyzing and operating within complex legal parameters, her ability to think outside the box continues to drive Rama in her dynamic output of innovative contributions to the world of film and television.

Svatia Sakarova has been with Front Street Pictures since 2002, beginning her tenure in production accounting on projects produced under Harvey Kahn.

In 2010, she was promoted to Supervising Accountant, a role she continues to hold today. She has overseen production accounting across Front Street Pictures’ slate for more than 15 years, providing valuable continuity through Charles Cooper’s leadership of the company beginning in 2018.

With more than 200 film and television credits in the accounting department, Svatia brings extensive industry experience, institutional knowledge, and long-standing expertise to Front Street Pictures’ accounting operations.
